SUNDAY SOCIAL AT THE ACE OF HEARTS RANCH
November 16, 1:30p.m. - 5:00p.m
Join the Festival crew and your fellow birders and bring your family and friends out to the beautiful Ace of Hearts Ranch to "wind down" the Festival with an "Old Fashioned Florida Cracker Food-Fest," complete with lip-smackin’ Bar-B-Q from Porky’s and great seafood from Dixie Crossroads Seafood Restaurant.Enjoy Bluegrass, Country and Western and Gospel Music by "Homespun," sponsored by the gang from Home Furniture in Mims.
Take a hayride or a leisurely stroll to visit the animals that call Ace of Hearts Ranch home. Festival Sponsors will be introduced and Art Competition winners will be announced.
Responding to a special invitation to join the Space Coast Birding Festival, Master Storyteller, Pete Dunne, will share treasured stories about his old friend and fellow World Series of Birding team mate, Roger Tory Peterson. Aptly described by the Wall Street Journal as "The Bard of Birding," Pete Dunne is one of the country’s most respected birders, a self-taught authority whose exuberant, almost poetic approach to the pastime has won him many followers among the growing legion of birders. Pete will be available to sign his latest book "Pete Dunne on Birding".

BBQ Pulled Pork, Baked Beans and Cole Slaw along with Dixie Crossroads’ "Wild Ocean Shrimp," served Plain or with Caribbean or Old Bay style Seasoning, Crab Bites, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. Vegetarian Lasagna is available.
