The 2004 Festival is an exciting five-day event with over 40 field trips, Pelagic birding boat trip, paddling adventures, seminars, workshops and Keynote Presentations.

Exhibit spaces are guaranteed 10’x10’. Each booth space is supplied with 8’ high back wall drapes and 3’ high side rail drapes. 1 6’ convention grade table topped with white plastic and skirted on three sides with white sateen skirts, 2 folding chairs, 1 booth identification sign, and two Exhibit Area ID’s.

If you were an Exhibitor at the 2003 Festival and wish to return to the same booth, please let me know. Every attempt will be made to assign you a requested or satisfactory booth location AFTER payment is received.

All booth assignments will be made on a first come-first serve basis as payments are received. You will not be considered to have a booth until payment in full is received. Confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you.

Exhibitor Welcome Packets and ID must be picked up as you arrive at the Festival.

Booth spaces are priced as follows:

Business/Commercial		$100.00		Extra Table		$30.00 each
Non-Profit Organization		$75.00		Electricity (lights, computers, etc.) requested with registration requested at Festival		$30.00 $50.00

(Non-profits please confirm status with a copy of letter of exemption.)

Once payment has been received, there is no refund in the event you are unable to attend the Festival.
