Festival Info

The festival office is located in the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce building at 2000 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780, phone 1-800-460-2664 or 321-268-5224. The office is staffed 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday. If we are not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you! You may also visit the festival web site www.nbbd.com/fly/.

Office functions will move to the Brevard Community College – Titusville campus on November 16, 2004. The Festival Registration Desk is located in the Gymnatorium and will be open during the following hours:

• Wednesday, November 17 – 6am to 6:30pm
• Thursday, November 18 – 6am to 6:30pm
• Friday, November 19 – 6am to 6:30pm
• Saturday, November 20 – 6am to 6:30pm
• Sunday, November 16 -- 6am to 1pm

Food service (including vegetarian and heart healthy items) will be available from Hot Stuff Catering at the snack bar located in the Gymnatorium. Tables are available there and outside in the Pavilion area. Coffee and breakfast items will be available each morning prior to bus departure.

• Please plan to make your overnight reservations early.
• Please plan some extra time to explore our wonderful community and surrounding areas.
• November tempatures range from the mid 70’s to the mid to high 80’s.
• Titusville is convenient to the Orlando, Melbourne and Daytona international airports.

SEMINAR AND FIELD TRIP TIPS ... ...

• A long sleeved shirt or light jacket may make your seminar experience more enjoyable – all rooms are air conditioned.
• The field trip staging area is in front of the college gnmnatorium. Most buses will depart from that area. (Field trips leaving from Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and any other location will be noted in the Program.) Signs will designate trip name and you will be directed to the specific bus location. Scheduled departure times are firm so please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and rain gear (just in case).
• It is recommended for field trips that you wear comfortable shoes/sneakers, comfortable shirts (short or long sleeved), and long pants (protection against insects and thorns).
• Don’t forget your camera, binoculars, or other equipment that will make your festival experience more memorable
