Florida Trail Association

The Florida Trail Association is a volunteer organization with a mission of building, maintaining, protecting and promoting the Florida Trail, a 1,400-mile National Scenic Trail across Florida, and other hiking trails throughout the state. In 17 local chapters, Members get together at monthly meetings for fellowship and educational programs, and coordinate group activities such as hikes, trail maintenance and paddling trips. Space Coast Audubon Society

Brevard County's largest environmental organization, the SCAS sponsors numerous free field trips September through May.
